    Aquora is founded and led by a Master Mariner with more than 25 years of international maritime experience, including 15 years at sea culminating in command and more than a decade in senior shore-based leadership across marine operations, vetting, fleet governance and operational risk. Previous responsibilities included building and leading assurance and vetting functions across tanker and dry-bulk fleets within a global fleet of more than 130 vessels.

    This experience enables Aquora to approach assignments from shipboard, management and stakeholder perspectives—connecting operational reality with safety, assurance and commercial decision-making.
